Patrick DeCoste is one of those musicians, bringing a new outlook on music and instrumental rock guitar..." - InsaneGuitar.com (USA) "This is instrumental guitar music at its best with professional and technically brilliant performances, mature songwriting , diverse influences and moody tracks all with unique guitar sounds. Though the album is an independent release, the packaging is perfect, tasty and the music is even better. Recommended to fans of instrumental guitar music and not only to them, as it is easy-to-digest, catchy stuff." - RockUnited.com (Germany) "For several years, Patrick DeCoste has cultivated a fanatical fanbase in the Boston area. It's easy to see why when the instrumentalist's flashy fingers set the fretboard ablaze. With praise high and a local buzz building, DeCoste released 'Inside The Unsaid', a high-flying guitar odyssey propelling him towards comparisons with legends Joe Satriani and Steve Vai..." - Insite Magazine (USA) ______________________________________________________ Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Patrick DeCoste (pronounced "d-coast") has been making a name for himself not only on the instrumental guitar circuit but also on the global music scene. His performance resume spans over a 3,000 mile radius from the rugged Northeast to the sunny Southwest. Since his debut performance in the famed Berklee Performance Center at age 16, DeCoste has performed and headlined in various "Singer/ Songwriter" & "Guitar Night" showcases at many of Boston & San Diego's premier venues as both an electric and acoustic act. After taking lessons at a local music store, DeCoste studied at the Boston Conservatory of Music 's Summer Institute. A year later, he went on to receive full-tuition scholarships to Berklee's year-round SYSTEM 5 programs and their prestigious 5 Week Summer Programs while also attending the Berklee Summer Guitar Sessions where he honed his skills in Music Theory, Harmony, Composition, Guitar Styles & Performance. Today, several of his music columns have been published on various websites and e-zines. DeCoste is also currently an Ernie Ball/ Music Man endorsing artist.
