Bruno started out as a falcon pilot doing shuttle runs in the outer orbit. This became daily routine until that memorable day, when he met his later friend and teacher, the well known Jedi master Yoda from Dagobah. Most people only see the jedi master in him, but a master of the slide guitar also he is! Bruno sold his falcon, left both wifes and moved to Dagobah where he was taught not only how to handle a light sabre, but received intense training in mastering the 15 string guitar, which is native to the swamps. Rule of thumb says, that it takes 2 years each string to grow under perfect conditions. Only the best guitars grow all 15 strings, which on average takes 30 years, and only the best students will be allowed to play 13 string and older instruments. Bruno started with the old standards, the "Jedi Boogie", "Dagobah special" and the well known love song "My heart is still on Dagobah", you know the lot. You may be asking: "what about the famous swamp music from Dagobah?" That is usually the hightlight of Bruno's performance, presented on traditional instruments, inlcuding original mud from the swamps. First timers are well advised to avoid the front rows. Right now Bruno and Yoda are working on a series of videos, including some of the traditionals. So far they have finished 2 videos the "Jedi Boogie" and "My Heart is still on Dagobah". Apart from that, Bruno plays with EXTRA : GONE , whereas Yoda plays with his light saber. |
