| Edinburgh 2007, four eclectic young men with a knack for completely offending people started crafting songs together in a dark and airless loft in Leith, fuelled with self belief and frustration at having been so close yet so far with all that had come before. 8 Track Stereo is feel good grunge you can dance to. Incisive guitars over pounding rhythms compliment brilliantly written songs with bittersweet lyrics. 8 Track Stereo played their first shows on Edinburgh’s club circuit at the beginning of the year and have quickly become a dance floor filler. With the release of this long awaited EP, 8 Track Stereo want to make their songs as accessible as possible. The songs are free, the shows are breathtaking and this space should definitely be watched….. |
