| Brian Nelson has haunted the Seattle music scene for over 15 years. After graduating from high school he attended Berklee College of Music in Boston and earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Production and Engineering. He moved back to Seattle in 1990 and soon became a member of the band Gorilla witch had success releasing records with Sub Pop, Bag of Hammers , Estrus ,Thrill jockey and Hell Yeah Records.While touring with Gorilla he was also an Independent audio engineer at The Music Source and had the opportunity to record many local bands in the early 90’s Seattle scene.
Brian was also hired as a Mastering Engineer at Muzak and mastered hundreds of titles for them. This led to a job as the Musical producer for all cover songs produced for Muzak from 95-2003.

The acoustics at Elliott Bay are amazing. The large playing room is just what is needed for crushing drums or large ensembles. Two over sized isolation rooms and a very comfortable control room round out the package. The recording equipment is top of the line revolving around the Sony DMX R-100 console and a microphone selection that is divine.
