Biography: Danny Herb was born in 1982 in Sacramento California. He is currently living in Hollywood California fulfilling his life's purpose of being a professional actor. Danny started acting at a very young age. In 1989 at age 7 Danny was in his first theatrical performance. "Come Follow the Band" a Magic Circle Theatre children's musical started Danny's passion for the stage. He continued to act in plays and musicals all throughout his youth, into his adolescence and then as a teenager. He quickly moved to the top of all his drama classes in Jr. High and High school winning awards like "Most Versital actor" "Best Actor in a Leading Role" and "Best Actor in a Supporting Role." After High school he studied films in a local community college and his desire for film grew into passion rooted in his passion for theatre. Danny performed in various other roles in local theatre, church, and college while still in his home town working as a construction foreman. Such roles as SAMUEL in "The Pirates of Penzance" and MIKADO in "The Mikado" (both Gilbert and Sullivan musicals) expanded Danny's abilities in Broadway singing and performing. Danny has an active interest in writing and performing music as he has been performing in rock bands starting at age 12, (such as epedemic, Release, and The Rebellion) but acting takes front seat in this passionate young man's heart. In September 2006 He moved to Hollywood to pursue his career in film and started writing a script that he plans to use to push his career. Danny met up with his Neighbor Paul Wittenberger (an aspiring film maker) and started to make short films. Danny has done a number of short films such as: "Headstoned" directed by Paul Wittenberger, "Polarity" directed by Paul Wittenberger, "The Four letter Word" directed by Bobby Vu, "The Punching Dummy" directed by Peter Bean, As well as Featured in features such as "LA Takedown" directed by K. Raj Srivastava. He has been Cast in AMC's "Date Night" on Cable television and starred in an Ebay Commercial with Smuggler Production. Danny Herb is represented by Dragon Talent for Commercials, Music Videos, Print, And product print and is currently looking for theatrical representation.
