| ORIGINAL LYRICS TO "PUT IT ON ME" HAND WRITTEN BY GHADI LIL CAKEZ VERSE: GHADI VERSE: GHADI RAP VERSE: Born and raised in California, Ghadi has set his foot on solid ground in the music industry. Producing some of the Bay Areas hottest Rap Artist such as Celly Cel, Brotha Lynch Hung, T-Nutty, just to name a few. The Producer, Rap Artist, Dj, and Musician has had "Music in his blood before he was even born." Thats because his mom has been playing the drums in a family band growing up since she was a little girl. "I can remember being 5 or 6 years old coming home from school and they would be all set up practicing." Not only does Ghadi know how to go to work and put it down on some of the latest synthesizers and music software availble, but he also knows how to play the Drums, Guitar, Sax, and Piano. "I started playing the sax when I was 11 or 12 up until the end of 7th grade. Thats when I was getting into break dancing. But after I got my hands on some turntables, its was a wrap! And I think that's what got me to being a Producer. I love music. Not just music it-self, but creating it from scratch. And thats when I realized.. This is serious. Im going to be a Producer!" Coming from a middle class family Ghadi wasn't able to just go out and buy the equipment he wanted. "I got my first set of turntables 5 or 6 years after I started being a Dj. I would use my friends equipment to Dj parties around town. My first keyboard was a Casio that I had bought for about $200. And also a drum machine that I still have! A BOSS dr. rhythem DR-770. Has some good sounds. I was just using it the other day." Ghadi started making beats with what he had and started recording songs going from one tape deck to the other to record dubbles of his voice. His younger brother Pook-Loc aka Cartier, was also into music as well. Not so much making the beats. But as the MC of the tracks. Ghadi and Pook-Loc started recording songs and taking them to school and passing them out to get their name out there. Teaming up with friends from school like Blazae, Kaliko, D-Spligs, Mike Mills, and Da Latin Boi, they created The Maf. Putting out track after track The Maf became the central coast buzz.
