About Me |
Gillitine is a Boston based Mc/Producer and is 1/5 of the hardcore rap group ..The Infiltry... He was born in Myrtle Beach SC and at the age of 3 he moved to Roxbury which is a neighborhood in Boston. With Family in all parts of the town he later got moved to Brockton, MA. Known as the "City of Champs" his swagger on the mic grew accordingly.
At age 24 Gillitine aka Kenny Cutthroat is about to release his 1st project ..Tha MixTape.. and is slated to release his 1st Lp ..Torture.. sometime in 2007. Staying busy in the studio Gillitine has recorded dozens upon dozens of original and mixtape material and has even started his own production company Klose Kut Productions with a few other local producers.
Influenced by the likes of Jay Z, Redman, B.I.G and Rakim, Gillitine has a unique battle flow delivered by one of the most original voices on the Boston scene. He has performed across Massachusetts opening for artists such as Dre Robinson, Brix, Lyrical, Special Teamz, Big Daddy Kane, Mc Lyte, Medusa and more from The City Fest to the Milky Way to the Middle East.
He has collaborated with many artists in the game including Myster DL, Gen Steel, NFeeze of The Infiltry, Amadeus, Catalyst and will soon be featured on Myster DL..s ..Coalition Remix.. with Edo G, Jaysaun, Jake The Snake, Krumbsnatcha and Hip Hop legend Kool G Rap. He has been featured on countless mixtapes and albums and will soon take part in the 1st Infiltry album coming in 2007 on ILL Mannered Records where he will do production and vocal performances.
