Water is one of Loretta's biggest fears. The whole town of Hurricane Mills, Tennessee belongs to Loretta. Her and Doo bought it over 40 years ago. How many country singers can say they are actually own a zip code?! Ted and Clara Webb (Loretta's parents) named her in honor of the Academy-Award winning actress, Loretta Young. Loretta is both Irish and Cherokee. Shades of pinks, purples, and blues are some Loretta's favorite colors. Catfish, mashed potatoes, and dumplin's are some of Loretta's favorite foods. Loretta has had more songs banned by the radio, than any other artist in history. Did you know that Loretta hardly ever listens to country music? She prefers "easy listening". Loretta's mansion is haunted by ghosts from the Civil war era. Scary movies and the news are Loretta's favorite things to watch on TV. Loretta likes collecting dolls. Gardening is one of Loretta's favorite pastimes. Gregory Peck is Loretta's favorite actor. One of her favorite movies is "To Kill A Mockingbird" in which Gregory starred in.
