| The seeds were sown late '88, but the band actually started the ball rolling in 1991.We stomped off in high spirits and optimism like all the young dudes should. The"i don't care"philosophy can keep you out of strain,stress or other dangerous diseases but it can also get you into trouble,real trouble.But we won't whine in here. As i'm driving in my Porsche with these hot babes by,keeping me company i reminisce about some special times we had,when we were broke,naive and reckless doing our bit,not giving a damn about what was going on around us. In this blessed country:the tourists'paradise-the natives' pain in the ass. As for music and culture:this endless oriental bouzouki-driven crap stuff(classified as national greek music)ballbreaking monotonous "folklore"shit sounding everywhere you go and you have the mission to rock,and rock on your own terms,your own way completely unaffected by the trends of the time.We had the enemy within.Those bastards are hypothetically into music: the pseudo-intellectuals,soft-ass know-it-all modernizers snubbing, contempting,deriding anything pure and authentic(i don't mean MF only here, but bands far better than us).Pretence ain't no virtue but it's their emblem though.Wish they'd get a life and leave us alone. The bed of roses was transformed into a bed of nails repeatedly. They stood us up so many times,eg:we were invited to go play somewhere and when we arrived on the spot surprisingly we found that there was not even a stage or equipment and they turned us out of the hall!!! Our nerves had been tested badly in dungeon studios,fiasco live concerts, indie record company shitty treatment,internal conflicts but... We made it through the stormy weather,the whole tribulation paid off,God of Rock restored his sight. Now we live in luxury-because of rock and roll of course-we can even donate money to Greenpeace to save the planet,and talking about ecology and social awareness,we hired Bono(yeah the knight)as manager.The one we had(Chris)passed away(we bring the curse)so sir Bono Dalaras will do nicely,Celts are quite similar to Thracians anyway. And we keep on rocking,getting married,birthing children(to become gay preferably)killing time,ourselves,the neighbors,whatever... PEACE,LOVE AND MASTURBATION FOR EVERYONE.
