. . . I'm from the Southern United States (currently living in Texas, but I have also lived in Florida, Georgia and Arkansas). It's not very important to me where I live at this point in my life, and I make the best of my time wherever I am. I like to have a good time with fun, loving, uninhibited and friendly people who also like to enjoy life. I once rented a car in Salzburg, Austria and drove throughout the major cities in Southern Europe for 3 weeks - just for the adventure and the challenge of it - before returning to the USA from Rome. I've been working on a couple of overseas projects this year; however, most everything else in my life is based here in the United States. I enjoy meeting new people, listening to live music and kicking it on the beach whenever possible. Some of you know me from Padre Island in March 07 where I won a couple of dance contests on Full Throttle Beach between the Gulf of Mexico and The Radisson (thanks for your support if you were there helping me win - the decible meter was definitely not reading low up there, and the interaction from the stage while bringing it for you was nothing short of awesome). That was one of the best weeks of my life, and it included me being asked to also judge a Hawaiian Tropic Bikini Contest at Louie's Backyard in addition to the chance to meet Mims, Hinder, Akon, Vanilla Ice and The Ying Yang Twins at some very private parties at Padre '07. I tend to be a very positive, outgoing person; however, there are a few things I hate -- 1) I hate being lied to; 2) I hate when people preach practices while trying to decide for others what they ought to be; 3) I hate when people aren't considerate of other people's rights to make their own decisions in life; 4) I hate when people rush to the wrong conclusion, with only part of a story, and then refuse to admit they were wrong about that earlier conclusion; and 5) I hate when people are treated unfairly. Life is too short to be holding grudges. We all need to try to cut each other some slack along the way and chill. |

Movies:Whatever - movies are a pastime like most everything else and a good movie is well written, well produced, flows well and has good acting .. what else do you want in a movie? Whether it is action, comedy or drama, it's a personal choice thing and what kind of mood you're in when you show up. |

Television:Sports, news, MTV, sitcoms, some reality shows mixed in .. one show I like is the one with Howie Mandel and the girls called "DEAL .. OR NO DEAL?" |

Books:Business, biographies, perspectives .. I really like a book called "A HARD DAY'S WRITE" which provides the background and photos behind essentially all of the music from The Beatles - now THAT is one great book! |

Heroes:Everyone is pretty much looking out for themselves these days .. maybe the guys in Iraq and Afghanistan who really SHOULD have been coming home long before now .. on this one, I would say Dr. Bryan L.
