Tears of Moonlight, surgió en el año 2001, como un proyecto de César Pérez y Diego Cáceres, con el fin de formar una banda de Gothic Black Metal; en ese comienzo se llamó (Odium Love). El proyecto pasó por varias fases, sin lograr una consolidación como banda. A mediados del 2006, César Pérez retomó el proyecto con la vocalista Karen Castiblanco, contactando músicos como Andrés Cucaita (Teclados), Diego Rodríguez (Bajo), Camilo Daza(Guitarra), Cristhian Cuesta (Guitarra) y Diego Calderon (Voz). Con esta alineación, está trabajando actualmente y preparando todo el talento visualizando un nuevo futuro… un nuevo amanecer... English translation: Tears of Moonlight, arose in the 2001 year, as Cesar Pérez's project and Diego Cáceres, with the purpose of forming a Gothic Black Metal band; in that beginning they called himself (Odium Love).
