Idea di Roberto Navarra e Marco Antonio Rapa (rispettivamente chitarra e batteria). I due, insieme alla prima formazione, propongono una serie di cover di mostri sacri del thrash, ma in seguito crescono le influenze di un certo death metal di stampo americano. 2002 la band registra il primo demo vero e proprio, mantenendo alcune influenze thrash degli esordi, ma più intensi e diretti. Il demo viene ben accolto da critica e pubblico. 2003 - La band tiene diversi concerti e vede l' ingresso di Alfredo come secondo chitarrista. 2004 - I No Mercy approdano nuovamente in studio per registrare un secondo demo, Thy will Be Done, che Viene registrato a Roma presso i Temple of Noise Studios di Christian Ice. Il promo è composto da sei tracce di metal brutale (più la cover di Raining blood degli Slayer), con molti spunti melodici ed innovativi, senza mai dimenticare le forti radici thrash che da sempre hanno contraddistinto il loro sound. 2006 - La formazione vede l' ingresso di due nuovi componenti. Alfredo viene sostituito da Luca (chitarra ritmica) mentre Emilio viene sostituito da Norman (basso). 2007 - I No Mercy aprono l' unica data italiana della thrash band tedesca ASSASSIN dopo la loro reunion. Inoltre dividono il palco con alcune tra le band di punta del panorama estremo come Natron, Infernal Poetry, Grimness e altri. Prendono parte poi al S-Hammer Metal fest, presso lo stand della nota casa americana produttrice di chitarre DEAN GUITARS. Il bill vede alternarsi sul palco gruppi quali ANATHEMA, DESTRUCTION, VADER, NOVEMBRE, DEATH SS e molti altri. A fine Novembre tornano ai Temple of Noise di Roma per registrare il nuovo demo.[BIO ENG]1997 - The No mercy are born, from a Roberto Navarra and Marco Antonio Ripa's idea. The two lads, together with the original line-up, propose some covers by the holy monsters of thrash, but lately the influences of a typically american death metal come out. 2002 - The band records it's first real demo, keeping some original thrash influences, while becoming more intense and direct. This demo is greeted enthusiastically by critics and audience. 2003 - The band gives several concerts and welcomes Alfredo as second guitar player. 2004 - The No mercy are back to the studios to record its second demo, Thy will Be Done, recorded in Rome at Christian Ice's Temple of Noise Studios. This promo is composed of six brutal metal tracks ( plus Slayer's Raining Blood cover), with several melodic and innovative cues, never forgetting about the strong thrash roots that have always made their sound particular. 2006 - The line-up welcomes two new members. Alfredo is replaced by Luca ( rhythm guitar) while Emilio is replaced by Norman (bass).2007 - The No Mercy support the only italian gig given by the thrash german band ASSASSIN, soon after their reunion. Moreover they share the stage with some of the top bands in the extreme landscape, just like Natron, Infernal Poetry, Grimness and more. Later thay take part to the S-Hammer Metal fest, at the stand of the famous american firm producer of the DEAN GUITARS. On the stage alternate bands like ANATHEMA, DESTRUCTION, VADER, NOVEMBRE, DEATH SS and more. At the end of November The No Mercy will get back to the Temple of Noise in Rome to record their new Demo.
