| I was born in Dothan Alabama and spent my first 16 years there before we moved to Florida. I got my first guitar (a Sears Silvertone) and amp when I was fourteen years old. I was already being influenced by Elvis, the Everly Brothers, Jerry Lee Lewis and many more. I don't think there's anyone that love's music more than I do. Of course I know some people would argue with that. Not only do I love country music, I also enjoy other genre's as well. Listening to my music samples will clearly show other influences but in my case, they have a country flavor. I'm happily married. My wife's name is Penny. We raised two kids. My son Billy succumbed to cystic fibrosis when he was 18 years old. My daughter Angela graduated from St. Leo University here in Florida and now works in South Florida. I've written a lot of songs and for the past three years I've been been outfitting my own personal digital recording studio in my home.
