| April 2001 - Tragedy struct for KD. The near end of this story goes - On highway I-30 in Dallas Tx. KD was rounding an on ramp at 120 miles an hour (you know d’em ride or die brothers) he never finished the curve and didn’t see it coming. By the grace of GOD KD woke up from a coma 35 days later in ICU at Baylor University Hospital. His prognosis was not good. KD had severe head injuries, internal injuries, multiple facial fractures, crushed throat, four broken ribs, punctured lung, broken jaw in three places, his mouth wired shut and his right arm and hand were paralyzed. Would he survive, did he want to? After another 30 days with support, prayers and love from his family, friends and fans, KD was allowed to leave the hospital to an uncertain future physically, personally and for his dream, Musgrow Entertainment.
