| Deborah is an award-winning author from Lafayette, Louisiana. She is also a business owner, a licensed death scene investigator, and an active member of two national paranormal investigation teams. Her unique experiences, enthusiasm, and high-energy level make her a much sought after speaker at writers’ conferences across the nation. Deborah also takes her passion for literacy and a powerful ability to motivate to high schools around the country.She is the president of the Horror Writers' Association, president of the Writers’ Guild of Acadiana, and an active member of Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime the National Association of Women’s Writers, and International Thriller Writers Inc. In 2004, Deborah created the LeBlanc Literacy Challenge, and annual national campaign designed to encourage more people to read. Her most recent novels are: FAMILY INHERITANCE, GRAVE INTENT, and A HOUSE DIVIDED. Her next release, MORBID CURIOSITY, is scheduled to be on bookstore shelves in July ‘07.

UPDATE: 5/04/07 On May 4th, we made a return visit to Bush. This time, we were honored to be accompanied by a very well known psychic and author, Deborah LeBlanc. Armed with very little information about the case, she was able to pinpoint and verify much of our previous discoveries. She was able to pick out specific areas of the home where activity has been occuring. She immediately knew where the murder had taken place. We were all very impressed by the information she gave us. However, we did not capture any evidence on this trip. We were able to gather some data on some electrical issues with the home that are causing very high EMF (electronic magnetic frequency). These high readings could be a natural cause of some of the activity in the home. Hopefully with the new information we have gathered we will be able to help the home owner deal with the activity in her home. Check out Deborah's Illusion Television interview! |
