About Me

Visit enormousreloaded.com formore info and FREE music!
Enormous are back with more of their brand of loud, hook-laden, horn-rimmed, classic guitar pop. Love songs so catchy and unabashed they have to be fenced off. Sing-along choruses so big you can see them from space.
'Like being locked in a lingerie store with Anna Friel and Catherine Deneuve' – Melody Maker
Lust and Loathing – Our new album in the making.
Enormous are presently working hard on a new album which is provisionally entitled Lust and Loathing at the Tender Heart.I suppose when it is finished in a few months it will be something of a ‘concept’ album if the truth be told: the songs on there are mostly personal portraits and saucy little vignettes about people wandering in and out of a fictitious nightclub, the Tender Heart.I have about thirty or forty new songs that I’m working on in the studio at the moment and I’m very excited about this new Enormous album.
'They have it in them to be a fine singles band and then some' – NME
Something in My Heart – the swish new single
As perfect a song can be without actually falling over. This 3-track single features exclusive live acoustic versions of Things She Did and Poor Me.
'Enormous are potential nouveau powerpop colossi' - Mojo
Almost Everything - album
Recorded immediately after their Better Shop Around Tour of 2006, the 11 tracks onAlmost Everything perfectly demonstrate the thrilling fury and crafty sophistication that Enormous bring to their song writing. A thousand miles of remorse and elegant pop melodies so catchy they make you break out in a rash down below.
'Pure horn-rimmed pop with brass reinforced hook-lines that don’t let go.Enormous deliver upbeat, soppy, singalong choruses one minute, then dark Costello-ish verses the next' - Sunday Times
'Firmly in the tradition of classic British song writing – observant, witty and full of spunk. A joy to listen to' – Melody Maker
(Hehe 'full of spunk' I like that! - Profile Ed.)
Enormous are back: they’re full of songs, they’re full of spittle, and they’re full of themselves!
