UNITY STREET Take a trip down Unity Street and you will meet six devoted musicians that strive to create a unique blend of pop, soul, funk and jazz. With diverse cultural and musical backgrounds each band member contributes to writing and performing songs. Live Unity Street treats the audience to an exotic cocktail of sounds, harmonies and grooves. Natalia's jazzy lead vocals form a fascinating contrast to Rmando's Caribbean rap style. Backed by B's colourful, poppy chords and phrasings on keys, San Solo is able to lead his guitar into magical harmonic solo's that give the band the rough edge that is needed to create that distinctive sound. Rooted at the base of Unity Street's groove, Jay on bass and Mangsta on drums provide a steady, sparkling foundation of energy for the rest of the band to flourish on. Based in The Netherlands, Unity Street aims at performing in as many bars, clubs and festivals as possible. So come on down to Unity Street and be sure to check us out in a venue near you.
