I want to start by thanking all those who email me and send friends request! Please be patient if I
don't respond right away, or if you see me "online" and I don't get to reply quick enough. Trust me in saying it's not that I'm inconsiderate,sometimes I have a hard time multitasking (LOL!). I DO appreciate all the words of encouragement and support, you guys mean the World
to me!! Because remember, The ONLY easy day was yesterday!! I enjoy shaping my body and helping others shape theirs, as well as their lives. I live my life like I train, it's all or nothing. There are days you just don't want to train, or get out of bed for that matter, but you push yourself and you get things done. I know there can be some bad things that happen in life, and sometimes you just want to give up, but it IS worth fighting for, anything in life is. So train hard, play harder, and live life like it's being graded!! I hope to be looked upon as a role model but not just for how I look, but for who I am. I hope others see me and know that through determination, hard work, and a positive attitude ANYTHING is possible. I am real and approachable, don't ever be too shy to say HI to me!
