Rev. Pat Bumgardner, Senior Pastor Rev. Pat Bumgardner is the Senior Pastor of MCCNY. She is a well-known advocate for social justice and leads MCC's Global Social Justice Campaign. Rev. Pat has also led MCCNY in its mission to serve the community through our Food Pantry and Homeless Youth Shelter. Rev. Edgard Danielsen-Morales, Assistant Pastor for Congregational Life Rev. Edgard Danielsen-Morales is the Assistant Pastor for Congregational Life. A scholar, activist and excellent preacher, he brings a range of gifts to MCCNY's expanding ministry and outreach. He is the Director of MCCNY's Religious Education and Membership program. Rev. Boon Lin Ngeo is the Staff Pastor at MCCNY. An excellent and entertaining preacher, he also conducts the Mandarin Celebration on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month at 3pm. Rev. Boon is a Facilitator for MCCNY's Religious Education and Membership program. MCCNY is a member of The Center for Progressive Christianity Metropolitan Community Church of New York is part of the worldwide Christian denomination of Metropolitan Community Churches (MCC). MCC serves all people, with a special outreach to the world's gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities. Rev. Elder Troy Perry, Founder of Metropolitan Community Church Founded in 1968 in Los Angeles by the Rev. Elder Troy Perry, MCC has more than 32,000 members in more than 370 churches in 22 countries throughout the world. The Rev. Elder Nancy Wilson is the Moderator. MCC is the world's largest and oldest LGBT organization. |
