| I just got a new guitar for Christmas. I played in several bands in high school although none of them were very good. I was the keyboard player...hey it was the 80's....keyboard players were cool back then (you believe me right?....haha). Anyhow, I used to pick around on the guitar players' axes. I never got very good at it but I had a lot of fun. So I'm trying it again, and hey whatta ya know....I still suck!! But I'm learning and having a blast so that makes it fun. Oh yeah, I also love ducklings, walks in the park and yadda yadda yadda. Who can sum up their interests in 300 words or less?.........except this one really boring guy I know. | |

Music:I gotta be really careful here. You know the part in The Hobbit where Smaug the dragon accidentally reveals a vulnerable patch on his chest and subsequently gets shot down like a fire-breathing partridge? Revealing your favorite bands is kind of like that, only not incredibly nerdy. I like everything from Willie Nelson to Wyclef Jean, but dammit you throw in one Monkees song and you're lucky if you still got Tom as your friend after that. |

Television:As a self-described political junkie, I watch all the Hardball and Tucker I can. I mix in The Daily Show and Colbert Report to keep it light. I was a huge fan of Northern Exposure, they don't make shows like that anymore. As for the new stuff CSI, 24, et al, I don't have time for soap operas. |

Books:Right now I'm reading "The Price of Loyalty" by Ron Suskind, oh, and "Scooby Doo Meets the Phantom of Gilligan's Island"....haha |
