I am a Kriya Yoga practitioner(called a Kriyaban)and am a second generation disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda(author of Autobiography of a Yogi). I am the President and owner of Reiki Rays Institute www.reikiraysinstitute.com where myself and other instructors offer distance education in holistic health, metaphysics, and spiritual practices. I also offer education locally by appointment.My newest venture is the Aruna Center for Spiritual Transformation www.arunacenter.com which offers local and distance services for those on the path of personal growth.I am a dairy free vegetarian, partially due to allergies and partially due to my beliefs. I lost 176 pounds by eating this way after struggling most of my life with obesity, and I feel so good that I have no desire to go back. |
