Many major labels reject talented individuals if they do not fit the main stream notion of so-called popular music, they continously develop uninteresting, untalented, and non-innovative individuals to make huge profits through their PR and marketing schemes. The UK urban music scene has been misguided, mistreated, misrepresented and poorly managed.
