| The X es un nuevo proyecto formado por los dos creadores de Xperimental Shop, Iván López y Juanma Vidal, que con su primer disco "Hi Fiction" editado en el 2003, lograron excelentes críticas.Tras tocar en varios festivales, (Metrorock, Novapop, Navacerrada, ...) con grupos como Fangoria, Sidonie, Pastora o Stereolab, rompen las barreras nacionales y en el 2004 editan su trabajo en Bélgica, Holanda, Luxemburgo y Argentina.Sus temas han sido remezclados por gente como Wally López (Going Back to my roots remix) o D-Formation (Thrill Remix) y han sonado en emisoras desde Ibiza hasta Nueva York.Con la marcha en el 2006 de Enrique García, su batería en la tienda xperimental, rompen con su antigua compañía, y deciden extremar su propuesta hasta llegar a un nuevo nivel de intensidad, comprimiendo su anterior concepto y reduciéndolo atómicamente hasta quedar una x, la X.Así nace un nuevo grupo al que se suman dos músicos valencianos, Pere Munuera y Alex Cesarini, que junto con Francisco Beltrán como percusionista, graba su nuevo disco en los estudios Millenia de Valencia y en casa, siempre por la noche y en ambiente intimista.Este nuevo trabajo es compuesto, grabado y producido por ellos mismos, y mezclado por Iván López y Vicente Sabater, (productor de Presuntos Implicados y Seguridad Social entre otros).A finales del 2007 graban el videoclip de su primer single "The Glow", en colaboracion con Fecko de Mentenblanko, y finalmente, en Junio de 2008, despues de realizar multiples conciertos, editan su primer album: The X "Neutralizer".I edited my profile with Fecko Myspace Editor Version 2007 .. | |
