| Well, it’s a new year so it’s time for a new “About Me” here it goes. I’m 28, damn I am getting old. I FINALLY feel like an adult (yay 401K!). I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. I have a small family and a large group of friends that I have known for so long that they are practically like my family. But I came to a point in my life where I needed something MORE. So I decided to move……across the country to New York City. I have been here since 2004. Since I have been here I have: graduated college(Brooklyn CUNY), done 2 great internships(Howard Stern & WPLJ), partied with the best of them, experienced things that I didn’t even think could happen, learned a lot about food, met the most amazing and the most awful people you could ever know, got some self-esteem, got in touch with my spiritual side, and FINALLY got a “career”. I work in radio promotions for a records label. Things right now are truly GREAT! Now that I have a great job and am in my late 20s, doesn’t mean I will move to the suburbs, have 5 kids, do nothing for myself, and fall it to that “trap”. What that means is I will have a STEADY job with benefits, enjoy my life for ME, go on more trips and buy more expensive things! I will continue to find balance in my life, change the things I can and accept the things I can't. I am a work in progress. Everyone is, it's just a shame that some people don't like to work. Television:After 2 years of not having cable, I finally got it. AND IT'S LAME!!! If by chance I do get to watch an old favorite show I just sit back feeling irritated by what it has become.
