After a couple of try-outs the full line up was sworn in. Starting out as a melodic death metal combo the band has quickly evolved to a modern death metal squad which fans of The Black Dahlia Murder, Lamb of God, DevilDriver, and/or Fear my Thoughts might enjoy. Sophisticated guitarwork driven by painfully fast drums and filled-with-hate screams blow apart whatever venue they hit. The aggressiveness of their songs, the attitude they perform them with and the atypical lyrics make SEDATIVE a band to be prepared for. The band will record their first demo album in May/June, featuring the four songs Deathpriest, God of Light, Clod, and March Of The Wounded. Live videos of two of those songs are included in the full set live vid in our Videos section here on mySpace. Check 'em out. March Of The Wounded is still called March Of The Hounds there. Yeah, we changed that. No bitching. |
