My musical performances have generated hysterical condemnation as disguised black magickal ceremonies, and recordings of my compositions have received favourable reviews in such periodicals as Chart, Alternative Press, and Discorder, to name a few. I have worked as an actor, as an unskilled labourer, as a corporate manager. I have had so much money that I took 4 years off working entirely, to live a life of unconcerned hedonism, sobering up long enough to buy a vehicle or two every so often and smash them in reckless abandon. I have also had so little money that I lived on a single peanut-butter sandwich a day to survive. At different times I have whole-heartedly considered myself christian, athiest, agnostic, satanist, thelemite, buddhist, and chaoist. I have aligned myself ideologically in turn with conservatism, liberalism, fascism, anarchism, and libertarianism. I have lived in hermit-like seclusion, and have participated in drug-fuelled orgies, partying with the best/worst of them. I do not consist of a single self in the popular sense of the term. I have the ability to exercise any of a number of possible selves. And if you can't understand that, then the probability nears zero that you will ever experience one of them that can stand you. |
