His unique and versatile production style has opened the door to many accomplishments and experiences.
From a young kid born and raised in the Bronx, NYC and later representing and introducing New Rochelle, Westchester to the game, GI’s talents became prevalent and ever more advanced from the days of playing piano in his father’s church. Self taught and developed GI mastered the piano, drums, bass, and saxophone giving all of the credit of his success to God. Fully confidant in his talents GI began to produce R&B and Hip Hop hits where his career took a shift from “go-to” keyboardist to phenomenal super producer. GI prides himself in not just making beats or creating tracks but in manufacturing “hits”. With a promise to never make a beat or a track again, GI strives to make multi platinum, Grammy nominated hits each and every time his fingers touch a key.
When asked how he goes about producing a composition GI is noted for responding: “I hear the whole song in my head, and from there all that’s left is to reproduce it; and that’s the easy part” “the songs just keep coming so I never run out of new ideas.”GI’s is known for his remarkable work on Def Jam recording artist Chrisette Michele’s debut album “I Am”.
