Books:English literature - the Renaissance and the Romantics eras (can't get the Anglo-Saxons somehow), all books and mags on music, art, painting, cinema, science and retro trends...some of the best sellers &; pulitzer winners; (i remember finding 'Tall Island' annoyingly direct and smart, it is about life on Manhattan by Bill Powers)...Zorba had touched me deeply...Margo had perfectly satisfied my wonder on encounters with the dark side...2150 AD had pushed me into macro philosophy which in fact became my savior for many instances...Stephen King gave me goose bumps and terror jumps many many times...books of Anne Rice filled my fantasies (in love with Armand, Louis and Lestat altogether :), Woody Allen made me smile for hours, Dante made me trip for days, Shakespeare made me feel 'in love' for years... |
