In 2007 Supla started performing with his brother João, also musician, they are known as Brothers of Brazil, www.myspace.com/brothersofbrazil . So far they played in USA, Brazil, France, England, Brussels and Rock in Rio (Portugal) They also have a national TV Show on RedeTV ( www.redetv.com.br/brothers ) . The Brothers are now preparing their first new album. Supla (Eduardo Smith de Vasconcellos Suplicy) is a Brazilian musician from São Paulo. Started his career when he was 13 years old playing drums in a band called "Os Impossiveis" (The Impossibles) at the time his influences were Beatles, Stones and Bowie. After that he joined the "Metropolis" still playing drums Later at the age of 17 he joined a band called "Zigue-Zague" and became the singer. They changed the name for "Tokyo" and started writing their own material, now with a very punk influence. Tokyo lasted for three years and released two albuns from CBS, Supla had no alternative but to go solo, releasing seven solo-albuns and one album with the band "Psycho 69" by the he time lived in NY city. Also he has one dvd released in 2005 that includes (documentary, live show from the album Menina Mulher and extras) Tokyo - Humanos (1986) Tokyo - O outro lado (1988) Supla I like Sex (1989) Supla Encoleirado (1991) Psycho 69 (1995) Charada Brasileiro (2000) Político e Pirata (2002) Bossa Furiosa (2003) Menina Mulher (2004) DVD - Supla Só Na Loucura (2005) Vicious (2006) Supla participated in many Movies, TV shows, Soap Operas and played with very important musicians in Brazil like: Rita Lee (Mutantes), Bebel Gilberto, CSS, Max Cavalera, Roger (Ultraje a Rigor), IRA, Cauby Peixoto, etc ... He also sang with Nina Hagen and Ian McCulloch from Echo & The Bunnymen. In april of 2007 he started his TV Show "O Rei da Mídia" (The King of Midia) on the national tv SBT that interviews musicians, politicians, soccer players and etc ... (Supla was interviewed by some of the biggest tv shows in Brazil like Jo Soares, Faustão, Serginho Groisman, Luciano Huck... ) In may 15/2007 was the oppening of the expo ROCKERS in FAAP (SP).
