| Criatura nace en el 2000 en los bajos de una antigua chichorreria del zaragozano barrio de sementales. Nuestro primer chou, totalmente improvisado, fue tras un concierto de Karton de Vino en el desaparecido Centro Social Libertario. A los pocos meses de estar ensayando salio la posibilidad de grabar 5 canciones para un cd (VISION TUNEL / CRIATURA / LE FIL D'ARIANE) compartido con el resto de bandas del local, de las que tambien formabamos parte, en los estudios Monotone que posteriormente sacaria Mala Raza.
En el 2002, Santi Ric (el tour manager que endereza tus giras) nos llevo de gira junto a LOQUERO (Argentina) 40 dias por europa y el estado apañol. A finales de ese año grabamos lo que seria el LP / CD "Gente sin fabricas" editado por Mala Raza y el split ep con DISFACE (Bcn) editado por Mala Raza y Tofu Guerrilla. En 2003 y 2004 volvimos a girar por europa, siendo acompañados en la ultima por LAGARCTILL (Bremen). En 2004 grabamos las canciones que salen en el split ep con POLITBURO (Llodio) editado por Mala Raza, Criatura records y Politburo fiasco recordings, junto con una cancion que sale en un triple ep recopilatorio antisexista de bandas con chicas cantando, que vera la luz de la mano de Stonenhenge.
Hemos grabado unas cuantas canciones bajo el titulo de "Verde", de momento han salido en formato cd, acompañadas de las canciones del split con DISFACE y la cancion "Rueda" que incluimos en el recopilatorio Gancho Sonoro Social Club. Esto ha salido gracias a Mala Raza, DDT y XPM. En breves tendremos la version en LP gracias a Mala Raza, DDT y Tofu Guerrilla.

POLITBURO have a interesting style of creepy upbeat punk rock with a keyboard. The bass lines are also clearly heard under the circus-y keyboard notes, which I like a good deal. The vocals are sung with dramatic emotion. Overall, I would describe them as a theatrical band with punk rock influences... which I think will grow on me the more I listen to it. CRIATURA continue on their newest release with their musical stylings of melodic political punk rock. The two songs on this 7" are upbeat and catchy, while managing to be really pretty at same time. The harmonizing male-female vocals are sung in Spanish, and their lyrical content is covers the issue of standing up for yourself and not letting society take its toll on you.
