About Me |
|
| I'm just a weird guy. That said, I'm a weird guy who has decided to accept MySpace "friends". I didn't for a long time because I was intent on remaining anonymous but that's pretty much a bust, so...Anyways, I decided since there was no hope of remaining hidden, I might as well build a little network. I'm lucky enough to have a lot of very talented friends and so I put them all (or as many as I could fit) in my "Top 24". I hope you'll check out their music or photography or whatever their joint might be.I myself have also just started my own online magazine. It's all about the music and the books and the DVD's I love. So please check it out. Maybe you'll find something you love too. Click the link here: | |
My Interests |
|
| I play in a band. That's pretty much everything I do. Well, that's not completely true. I watch a lot of movies lately, and i try and spend time with my friends since i never see them when I'm touring. I'm trying to become a really good cook as well. Basically I'm trying to figure out what you do with this insane amount of free time I have. | |
I'd like to meet:I have no idea |

Music:It's seems to silly to list all the music I like as if that would tell you something about my personality. But here's some anyway: Big Star, Flaming Lips, Stew, Jesse Malin, Miles Davis, Ryan Adams, Gigolo Aunts, Camper Van Beethoven, Aqualung, Fountains of Wayne, The Dead Boys, Sea Ray, Cracker, Lori Carson, The Shins, Louis Armstrong, Velvet Underground, The Faces, Robyn Hitchcock and The Egyptians, Beatles, The Soft Boys, The Blue Nile, John Coltrane, Van Morrison, Frankie Miller, Fairport Convention, The Band, De La Soul, Chainsaw Kittens, Belle and Sebastian, Thelonius Monk, Bettie Serveert, Gomez, Toots and the Maytals, The Stereophonics, The Pills, Luna, Roy Harper, Led Zeppelin, Buffalo Springfield, Buffalo Tom, Grant Lee Buffalo, Modest Mouse, Ben Kweller, Ben Folds, Ben Mize, The Glands, Van Morrison, Jimmy Cliff, Gemma Hayes, Solomon Burke, Blof, Jurassic 5, Steve Earle, Townes Van Zandt, Patty Griffin, Nancy Griffith, Radiohead, Cypress Hill, Joni Mitchell, Run-DMC, The Wailers, Nelly, Duke Ellington, Brendan Benson, Kid Lightning, Drazy Hoops, Wilco, Mojave 3, The Shins, Louis Armstrong, Snow Patrol, Otis redding, Willie Nelson, The Killers, The Streets, The Kinks, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Byrds, The International Submarine Band, The Flying Burrito Brothers, The Sex Pistols, The Cure, The Jam, The Pixies, The Minus 5, The Turtles, The Avengers, The Posies, The Replacements, The Jayhawks, Prince, Husker Du (this is the Minnesota section, in case you were wondering), Pavement, Desmond Dekker, Dionne Warwick, Paul Simon (& Art G), Sparklehorse, Dinosaur Jr., Elvis (Costello & The King), Big Mama Thornton, Marshall Crenshaw, Teenage Fanclub, Graham Parker, Gram Parsons, Emmylou Harris, Buck Owens, Sordid Humor, Engine 88, Ella Fitzgerald, Love, Talking Heads, Little Jimmy Scott, The dB's, Digital Underground, The High Llamas, Rickie Lee Jones, Superstar, Television, The Strokes, Neil Young, Little Feat, Todd Rundgren, Wynton Marsalis, George Gershwin, Naughty By Nature, Cole Porter, The White Stripes, The Jackson 5, and Giacomo Puccini, among others.
