About Me |
|
↑ Grab this Headline Animator Welcome the the Myspace page of Eco-Libris.About 20 million trees are being cut down EVERY YEAR to produce the books sold in the US alone. Eco-Libris is an organization dedicated to doing something about it by empowering people to plant a tree for every book they read in an easy and affordable way. How can you join in? It goes like this: 1. Enter our website at: http://www.ecolibris.net/ 2. Choose how many books you would like to balance out... let's say five books. 3. Now comes our part: We work with non-profit organizations to plant five trees for you in developing countries. We also send you five stickers you can post on your books' sleeves or inside jacket to display your commitment to the environment. Pretty simple, eh? We think so too :) We are just starting out so your help is appreciated. Log in, plant some trees, buy stickers to friends who would appreciate it, and let us know what you think about it all. Yours, The Eco-Libris Team http://www.ecolibris.net/ Moving Towards Sustainable Reading |
