| Fire Pig Productions was formed in 2007 by Wayne Slaten, James Denton, Marisol Trevino and Amy Dudley Smith. We are a group of small independent filmmakers involved in all aspects of film production and post production. We started doing this as a hobby and the passion of making films (we all have day jobs) but hope that it will develop in to more in the future. We are looking to network with local independent filmmakers and indie film lovers.We are currently in preproduction on our first feature length film CROSSROAD written by Matthew Carter. Filming is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2008.We were a semifinalist in March 2008 for our 3 minute short film LAST STAND entered in the George A. Romero Diary of the Dead Video Contest. ZombiNatioN is an official selection in the 2008 Indie Film Festival.
