| The band started under a different name sometime in the late 90's and back then the set still consisted of cover tunes from different eras and genres but after a few line up changes it was clear that the band should focus mainly on the 80's pop/rock stuff since this is what all the members grew up listening to.The core line up has been playing together for more than five years and is still going strong, adding new songs to the set weekly and still trying to honor the original arrangements during the learning process. The music Kingpin plays seems to fit well with the 80's revival going on in Finland at the moment and this is why you can expect to see a lot of energy during a Kingpin live show…see you there
