| Winda siempre supo que el arte sería parte integral de su vida . A los 7 años de edad, esta joven y talentosa cantautora deja su natal Caracas, rumbo a Los Angeles (USA); a los pocos meses de haber llegado, ya tocaba la flauta transversa en una orquesta de cámara infantile, integraba un grupo coral y tomaba clases de danza moderna. Estas experiencias marcaron el rumbo que tomaría su vida en los próximos años. Con el tiempo, cultivó y desarrolló su vocación artística. Paralelamente a ésto, cursó estudios universitarios y obtuvo el título de Licenciada en Leyes. Pero, inmediatamente, cuelga el diploma y vuelve a los Estados Unidos para radicarse en Miami. Desde allí, impulsa su carrera, haciendo presentaciones en vivo y componiendo con importantes nombres de la industria, entre los que destacan, los venezolanos: Fernando Osorio y Pablo Manavello. Con este último, comparte la autoría del tema “Cada Palabra”, escogido entre muchos otros, para ser interpretado en la gran final del popular: Latin American Idol. Después de todas estas experiencias, y de tanto acariciar melodías y versos, Winda nos invita a disfrutar de una propuesta musical llena de matices, de imágenes atrapadas entre la dulzura de una mirada… y la sensualidad de su voz. |
