| Né au Lac-Mégantic,Québec,Canada Jean débute a l'age de 11 ans et n arretera jamais ca passion pour la guitare. Son premier groupe nommé Morbiden introduit Jean dans le monde du heavy metal!Le groupe se concentrant sur des covers de Metallica et megadeth dans leur dédut passera au death metal dans le début 1990 en interprétant des covers de Sepultura, Death, cannibal corp et bien d'autres.À l'age de 15 ans Jean eut assé de jouer du métal agressif et ce concentra sur des technique de solo en apprenant des méthodes de Joe Satriani,Steeve Vaï , Michael Romeo et bien d autres.Son amour pour les solos bien travaillé et harmonieux le dirigea vers Dream Theater où il trouva son idole ( John Petrucci).Plus tard, Jean las de jouer seul dans son sous-sol fut invité par son ami drummeur à joindre le groupe néoclassique ( la Grifffe) qui avait comme projet de lancer un album.Malheureusement un différent entre deux membre du groupe laisse le projet en suspend et ne verra jamais le jour.Àpres avoir investi et perdu plusieurs mois avec la Griffe, Jean fut invité par son ami Frédéric-Alexandre green a joindre un hommage a Slipknot ou il retrouva ses anciennes amour pour le metal agressif! Àpres plusieurs prestation le groupe ce dissoue cause de différent entre Jean, Fred et Martin a propos de faire nos propres compositions avec l hommage!En regardant des annonces sur le web Jean vue une annonce d'un groupe nommé Rockestral à la recherche d'un guitariste soliste dans la région de Sherbrooke. Jean passa une audition et découvra une chimi avec le chanteur du groupe ( Pascal Bisson).Depuis maintenant 3 ans ,Jean jouait dans la formation Rockestral qui réalisa l'album (Rock on earth) ,le seul album! J.T. à rejoint son bassiste et et René foret ainsi que Phil le chanteur de POWERSLAVE dans une nouvelle formation tres prometeuse qui s engage a vous offrir un show des plus allucinants. Born in Québec Canada, Jean strart to play at the age of 11 years old and never stop!His first band call(Morbiden) introduce Jean in the metal world! He play many covers like Metallica and megadeth and past to the dark side with Death metal catergory band like Sepultura, Death, Cannibal corps, Suffocationand many others.... At the age of 15 years old , Jean start to play and explore solo technics and licks of Joe Satriani,Yngwie Malmsteen, Micheal Romeo, Steeve Vai....Jean change of music band for doing most musical and orchestral arrangement with his friend René and Rémi and start to discover Progressive metal Like Dream Theater and King Crimson. At the age of 20 Jean is invite by his friend René to join his band"La Griffe" a neoclassical band, enter in studio for produce an album , Jean is produccing this album with his home studio. The album was never finished cause the singner had many different with the other guitarist and the project falling down. Jean start a Slipknot tribute with Martin Plante a awesome Drummer and Fréderic-Alexandre Green on vocal. We doing many Shows but Frederic want to doing some compositions but Martin and Jean dont wanna mix the tribute with an other project so the tribute falling down. 18 year playing, I work on my own album. My principal influence is John Petrucci and Dream Theater. Favorite bands is Dream Theater, Symphony X,Ayreon, many old classical like mozart and beetoven. I m ere for making friends and push my project. | |
