| Im a Lowrider & Urban Lifestyle Photographer out of New Orleans LAAt a Duke's C.C. cruise nite in La Puente, Califas I was asked to climb the side of the building to take a shot from the roof.Half way up the announcer had everyone turn around to see "spiderman" walking up the wall. The name stuck ever since. I've been shooting lowriders non-stop for the past few years ridding shotgun with Lowrider Girl of Classified Car Club Ventura County. She is "Lowriding" and I've been blessed with the opportunity of document her life. It has opened doors that have lead me to work with the most respected artists and gente in the industry.In an attempt to discover the roots and meaning of low-riding, I've discovered myself. Documenting the depths of a misunderstood sub-culture, I have found my home. Photographing the intimate moments of their lives, I have found my soul.As 08 has managed to bring all things new, ive managed to find myself designing for a Gallery on State St in Santa Barbara. this mixture of working with the highest in couture at Saks by day and designing for one of the finest galleries in Santa Barbara by night is conditioning me to refine the images i am most passionate about... those of Lowriders.. ive had this dream of displaying lowriding as i see it... as a high end artform. looks like this is happening | |
