| the instrumental track River Lethe: Lethe is the river of oblivion or forgetfulness in the Underworld in Greek mythology. The dead would drink the waters of Lethe to forget their earthly existence.
I wrote the words to Fooling Yourself. it was recorded in a kitchen using just an out of tune piano for accompaniment.
