I read. I write. I started writing poems at the tender age of ten. Writing proved to be cathartic. I finally gathered enough courage to share with the world. I record my poems/writings and post them on www.acidplanet.com under artist name AVR and under profiles AVR and Creative Partnerships (collaborations with the fine musicians on AP); genre – Spoken Word. I am currently collaborating with Chuck F. Berglund (who adds his awesome music and mixes to my vocals) and we will be coming out with a CD soon. Dearest and Most Precious: A Love Journal is my first book. It is available from my publisher at www.authorhouse.com. The book is a ‘collage’ of journal entries and notes/poems to former lovers adjusted and arranged so as to seem to be for one person in the ‘present’. I am presently working on putting together a book of poetry for publication in the near future.
