Some of you may know me from my metal bass work through the years (full discography available at www.davidellefson.com). Lateley, I've continued to enjoy some of my most creatively productive years as I've moved on to new ventures including forming my own group F5 in 2003 (www.myspace.com/f5thebandaz and www.f5theband.com) as well as joining forces to form Temple of Brutality in 2005 (www.myspace.com/templeofbrutality and www.templeofbrutality.com). All the while I continued writing, producing and formed Ellefson Music Production as a means to develop new artists. This led to a variety of new projects including albums with Avian (www.avianband.com), Killing Machine (www.myspace.com/killingmachine), The Alien Blakk (www.thealienblakk.com) and many more. I also recorded and toured on and off with Soulfly (www.myspace.com/soulfly and www.soulfly.com) from 2004-2006, including the "Prophecy" and "Dark Ages" albums, and currently spend a lot of my time writing and playing on a myriad of sessions in all music styles. 2007 has been another busy year as I'm always planting new seeds in the music community.
