| The Hetero Sapiens Debut CD Devil's Remnants The songs on the album span the masterful heralding track 'Turkey Bacon Dinosaur' to the grunge-metalcore-grind railrock inherent in 'Deathkill.' Followed by the likes of the masterful anthem 'Rise Up,' the album heads towards a spiral of madness with the rollicking pump of 'Chainsong,' and the manical howls of 'You Can't Kill Me Now.' We are talking about a constantly hardening web of treacherous electro-industrial rhythms! The album screams through the Halloween themed rocker 'Ghosts, Goblins, and Grandkids' before tackling the big issues in 'Take the Beating and Run.' Kidnapped by renegade British rapper Johnny Hitsthespot and forced to record a song for him, the Hetero Sapiens came up with the music of 'You Can Stab Me (You Can't Kill Me)' ft. Johnny Hitsthespot (who is incidently now their labelmate). It sounds like success. Toning it down a bit with a powerballad based on TV advertisements sung by powerful guitarist Cruck, 'Call Now' is one of the albums standout tracks. To be followed only by the haunting, mesmerizing 'Backmasking,' a song about the dangers of using reverse voices to influence subconcious thought. All in all, an album full of sound, fury, and thought-provoking lyrical starkness. And more than a few surprises. Perhaps, eleven surprises? We're like the magic pepperdown, get on down to funky town with our new hits. We are a new trio of ANGER-BASED GRIND-RAIL CORE-METAL. We seventy-four Sudanese metal cores make up this sedan of sound. |
