About Me |

The band have been together five years, the best friends have found themselves making music which not only represents their strength and talent as a well formed group – but expresses their individual influences from over the years. Sandhill released their debut E.P in July to a willing audience which has earned the band critical acclaim as well as establishing them as firm favourites in their hometown of Newcastle. Having spread there wings across the country in playing venues such as The Cavern in Liverpool, Carling Academy Islington the band have also experienced the international stage with a surprise gig in Cuba in 2006. Sandhill have incorporated their influences into a unique, flawless sound which they have collectively perfected - think The Zutons, Kings of Leon, Rolling Stones and Oasis. |
