Burlesque Queen Bella Beretta leads you through a 70 minute low impact dance and movement class designed to get you back in to your skin and operating from a core of body awareness and self confidence.

This class is open to all levels but designed is a beginning fitness class for women who need a jump start. Everyone wants to be fit and healthy however- due to modern stigmas that you need to look good before you even go to the gym most women feel to embarrassed to start.

"You Show Girl" Originally opened it's doors in Los Angeles in 2004 as "Girl School" These classes were created to give women of all shapes sizes and backgrounds the opportunity to participate in the ever growing Burlesque scene in Los Angeles and around the world. Keeping to her Seattle roots, Bella holds true to her DIY standards and considers creativity and freedom of expression the cornerstones of good art.

Whether a student is a seeking an opportunity to step outside of daily life, in need of artistic release or is looking to create a future as a burlesque performer this class will arm them with the skills ( and teach them a thing or two about rhinestones) to showgirl and showoff!

Bella Beretta combines her 9 years of experience as a burlesque dancer and pairs it with 16 years of theatre experience, to give you the full spectrum of what it takes to not just be a girl with a feather boa, but a Burlesque Performer.

As a student you will be taken through all the steps of constructing a costume, persona and performance.

All of this leads to you building a performance piece that you will perform @ the weekly burlesque showcase "The Monday Night Tease @ The Legendary 3 Clubs on Vine.
