Did you feel forced to pay?One day I was forced to pay, against my will, for hair color that I was not satisfied with. It was one of the worst days of my life. I took them to court and the judge in small claims rendered in their favor. I took the case to Appeals Court and won!I have now started an organization called Hair Salon Consumers, Inc., where we can examine our rights in a hair salon, state to state. We need to examine the cases that end up disputed, stick together when there is a problem, never pay for hair salon services with which we are not satisfied, never.The top hair salons are our friends.
