Some things are fucked up and screaming through a microphone, playing guitar or beating drums won’t probably change anything. Some things are fucked up here and there and it’s not because efficience is not proved that we shouldn’t try. There’s nothing underhanded here, we don’t want you to believe, we want you to think, think and think again... Not here to persuade, but to prove... Paradoxically, the hardcore scene is a great place to share ideas, so here we go... But first of all, the music, before the ideas, we’re here thanks to the love we have for music. If only one thing should last...then, just music. Enjoy. The name of our band comes from a Hubert Selby Jr. Book, buy it, read it, it’s a very good book to our mind. The name is just a tribute to this amazing American author. "Ces jeunes fanatiques d'Hubert Selby et du hardcore des années 2000 ne viennent ni de Virginie, ni de Californie, mais du Mans! Alors faut supporter quoi. Les 5 sarthois n'ont pas enregistré leurs 8 titres sur un grille pain comme tous ces groupes de garage de merde qui polluent notre vue actuellement ainsi que les pages de VICE. Ils ont le son avec eux.Leur musique se résume à des mélodies, des riffs ou des choeurs tout droit venus des standards américains dit "modern hardcore" que sont CHAMPION, GO IT ALONE ou HAVE HEART, couplés aux breaks puissants de DOWN TO NOTHING et au mid tempo groovy de COLD WORLD. Les morceaux sont un peu longs par contre, et pas assez béruriens pour moi. Je suis pas à 100% sur cette ligne mais j'avoue que c'est propre. Pas de sommeil avant le LAST EXIT TO BROOKLYN."
