Trying to draw silhouettes in someone else..s ears I found my fingers lost playing in a phone keyboard on the street, that time they realized how they could combine key by key in a certain way to get just a “who is it?” in the other side and since that time my fingers didn..t come back to my hands. I couldn..t play my little piano without my fingers so I got new ones, at the beginning I got happy because I could make some pretty noises but as time went by they stopped working and I got sad.--------------------------------------------------------

Without my own ones and almost disabled to create sounds I tried with my mind, I dreamt with music, with being another one, with waking me up at night with another ring ring. One day my fingers called me from somewhere far from here, they told me about how to make a sound with almost any object, how to reproduce over an over again a sequence, how to restore vibrations, how to increase and decrease the volume, how to make the people feel the air getting inside their ears. They use to write and send me pictures, sometimes they call me and when I say something they play a melody in replying, I hope when those ten dial your number you can tell me where my fingers are. |
