| Pre period: 1997 - 1999 Hux and Ally met and played mostly jazz and bossas. 1999 - Jaggens appeared suddenly and melted in. 1999 - 2000 Vegetating period(Fortunately The World did not collapse) Band period: 2001 - Jaggens was practicing the piano in a classroom in Tartu and the idea of creating a band came into his mind. Then Jaggens pushed Hux into playing the drums. We were struggling finding the right name. First names we tried were "The Shelter" , "The Consul". 2002 - First recording experiences in studio. One day Jaggens heard a beautiful voice from the class next to he's and was hooked by Luisa's voice. The vocalist was found 2003 - 2004 working and creating musical material. 2005 - Since then we are called GD. First concert in public(audience: 50 homo sapiens and billions of bacteria). By December six demo songs were recorded and mixed. 2006 - We tried other singers, but it didn't work out. 2007 - Luisa became famous in Estonia. Henk joined in. | |
