Récits en bande dessinée, carnets de croquis, illustrations sur: Comics stories, sketchbooks, illustrations on: Retrouvez au quotidien les travaux dessinés de vos auteurs préférés sur GRANDPAPIER Follow everyday the work of your favourite comic artists on GRANDPAPIER Les objectifs de GRANDPAPIER sont de rassembler les travaux d’auteurs que nous apprécions et de proposer aux lecteurs ce qu’ils ne trouvent pas forcément en librairie. GRANDPAPIER est un projet de l’employé du Moi, une maison d’édition de bande dessinée basée en Belgique. Ce site est né de deux expériences passées : le journal de l’employé du Moi et le site 40075km.net. Le journal de l’employé du Moi regroupait une dizaine de personnes qui publiaient sur le site au quotidien. Sur six années d’existence, certains de ces journaux ont donné naissance à des livres édités à l’employé du Moi.( Rubiah de Sacha Goerg, Lointain de Claude Desmedt, Michel de Pierre Maurel, Antti Brysselissä de max de Radiguès ...) 40075km.net quant à lui était un site ouvert à toutes participations sur la thème du déplacement. Ce projet, qui a durée un an, s’est clôturé par la sortie d’un collectif de 600 pages qui rassemble une sélection des travaux proposés sur le site. À la croisé de ces deux projets, GRANDPAPIER en est la suite logique. GRANDPAPIER ce n’est pas un blog ou un myspace, il n’a pas prétention à remplacer les sites personnels des auteurs, c’est un moyen supplémentaire de se montrer. Plusieurs des ouvrages futurs de l’employé du Moi sont prépubliés sur GRANDPAPIER. Des évènements et des thématiques occasionnelles sont organisés. GRANDPAPIER is powered by l’employé du Moi, a comics publisher based in Brussels, Belgium. We are not using the Internet as our final goal but more as a way to make other books. This website is our third online experience after the employé du Moi online diaries and 40075km. Our online diaries gathered up to 15 people who published drawings and comics online at a daily rate. In the course of six years, some of theses diaries were printed in books, published under l’employé du Moi label. ( Rubiah from Sacha Goerg, Lointain from Claude Desmedt, Michel from Pierre Maurel, Antti Brysselissä de max de Radiguès...) 40075km.net was a web portal open to anyone who wished to share comics pages on the topic of travelling. This project which lasted a good year ended with the publication of a 600 pages anthology. GRANDPAPIER is a logical follow up of these 2 projects. GRANDPAPIER is not a blog or a myspace, it’s not here to replace personal artists websites either, it’s just one of thoses places where you can find lots of good comics and drawings contents. Some of our future books are already pre-published on GRANDPAPIER as well as some old stuff not on sale anymore. To make things even more exciting, we also plan to organize short terms events on chosen topics. This will allow us to gather drawings of all the participants under one theme.
