| I have a passion for bodybuiding and helping others succeed at it. I have been personally training for over 30 years.For the last year, I train with a 21 year old. I can burn most younger guys butts to ground with my normal intense workout. Not a brag just a fact. Workouts must be intense to build muscle.I also like fast cars.
