| I am a college graduated with a degree in biology, from Simpson College in Indianola Iowa. I live in a small town south of Indianola about 10 miles, called Milo. I am a certified personal trainer with the International Sports Science Association(ISSA). Right now I work for Hy-Vee in Indianola in the meat dept and a full time meat clerk. I also have started contest preparation to compete in my first natural bodybuilding competition on May 10th 2008 hope to do well. Currently I weigh about 200 lbs hoping to in the next year get to at least 215 lbs. My main goal in the sport of bodybuilding is to reach a competitive weight of 225-235lbs with a bodyfat of 10% year round and a contest bodyfat of of 6-8% at a height of 5ft 9ins. | |
